In typical fashion yesterday's wet weather gave way to one of the hottest days in weeks. Abandoned my plan to hit Dove Stone Res and instead stuck to a local route. I Started in Diglea, ran through Diggle-Dobcross-Up Woods Lane, then up Sandy Lane over on the trail behind what used to be the Horse & Jockey public house. Met the Pennine Way and over to Brun Clough and back down towards the boat lane and home.
